File disclosure via daemon umask race

Incorrect file permissions in Apache Airflow before 2.3.4 allow local users to expose arbitrary file contents through the webserver. DaemonContext instances for the scheduler, webserver, triggerer, DAG processor, Kerberos service, and Flower omit a restrictive umask, so files created during daemon startup can briefly become world-writable. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, a component launched with --daemon, and winning the race to replace or redirect an Airflow home file before the webserver reads it.
