Remote server crash via stale session object

NULL-pointer dereference in wolfSSL before 5.5.0 allows remote attackers to crash TLS 1.3 servers during session resumption. wolfSSL_clear reuses a WOLFSSL object after FreeHandshakeResources sets ssl->arrays to NULL, and the resumed Client Hello dereferences that pointer. Exposure requires the non-default OpenSSL compatibility layer and a server that calls wolfSSL_clear; one resumed connection terminates the server process.
