User redirection via relative normalization Location header

Open redirect in Posit Connect before 2023.05.0 allows remote attackers to send users to attacker-controlled sites through crafted URLs. When normalizing paths containing duplicate slashes or dot segments, Connect emits a relative Location header that browsers can interpret as an alternative domain. A victim must follow the crafted URL; the flaw changes only the navigation destination and does not grant direct server access.
