Process interruption via unreleased command-line allocation

Resource leak in Bento4 1.6.0-639 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt mp4tag processing through an input file. ParseCommandLine allocates an object while parsing the mp4tag file argument but does not release it after the file-open operation fails. User interaction is required to invoke mp4tag on attacker-supplied input; the demonstrated consequence is a 40-byte memory leak during the failed run.
