Popup settings reset via missing CSRF protection
Published Mar 29, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Popup Anything 2.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to reset popup settings via a crafted request. The settings-reset action accepts a forged request without validating a CSRF token; public sources do not name the responsible handler. Exploitation requires a logged-in privileged user to visit a crafted page or link, and the bounded effect is loss of configured popup settings.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
