Feed manipulation via nonce-free AJAX actions

Cross-site request forgery in Alexey Trofimov Access Code Feeder 1.0.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to manipulate feed settings. The plugin's AJAX action handlers omit nonce verification and capability checks, so forged requests can delete feeds or change the feed base URL. Exploitation requires a logged-in privileged user to open attacker-controlled content, and the resulting changes are limited to the plugin's feed configuration.
