Administrator privilege escalation via forged Kerberos PAC

Privilege escalation in Microsoft Windows Server Kerberos allows remote authenticated users to gain administrator privileges through a forged PAC. During constrained delegation, the KDC fails to require a full krbtgt-key PAC signature, so a controlled service can alter group SIDs while preserving its server-key checksum. Exploitation requires control of a service account permitted for constrained delegation; successful tickets can confer administrator privileges across the domain.
