Pre-authentication code execution through NEGOEX negotiation

Remote code execution in Windows NEGOEX allows remote attackers to run arbitrary code through pre-authentication negotiation messages. The flaw resides in SPNEGO's NEGOEX processing, but Microsoft and IBM have not disclosed the erroneous operation on message data. Any Windows protocol that authenticates through NEGOEX, including SMB or RDP by default, can expose unpatched hosts without credentials or user interaction.
