CVE-2022-37932

Adjacent-network authentication bypass via undisclosed mechanism

Published Nov 30, 2022 · Updated Apr 24, 2025

Authentication bypass in HPE OfficeConnect 1820, 1850, and 1920S switches allows remote attackers to gain unauthorized access. HPE has not published the affected component, crafted input, or authentication decision that the firmware handles incorrectly. The attacker needs no credentials or user interaction but must have adjacent-network reachability; HPE does not further bound post-bypass access.
