Boot-sequence code execution in ArubaOS on 7xxx series controllers allows remote authenticated users to run arbitrary code during startup. HPE has not disclosed the affected boot component or the operation that permits attacker-controlled code to run. Administrative command-line access is required, and successful exploitation can permanently modify the underlying operating system.
