Unauthenticated privileged code execution via PAPI packets

Command injection in ArubaOS and SD-WAN software allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through crafted PAPI UDP packets. The PAPI service on UDP port 8211 processes attacker-controlled packet content as an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. No authentication is required, and successful exploitation runs code as a privileged user on affected Mobility Conductors, controllers, and managed gateways.
