Root escalation via repeated multipathd command keywords

Improper authorization in Red Hat Device Mapper Multipath on RHEL 8.7 and 9.1 allows local users to gain root access through multipathd. Multipathd adds numeric keyword values to identify a command, so repeated list keywords can collide with a privileged command instead of remaining idempotent under bitwise OR. Reachability requires local access to the daemon's UNIX socket; successful abuse bypasses command authorization and permits root-level manipulation of multipath configuration.
