Buffer overflow in infostat.cgi in TOTOLINK A860R 4.1.2cu.5182_B20201027 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via crafted POST data. The CGI handler uses fread to copy attacker-controlled POST data into the V11 buffer without bounding the transfer. Network access to the management CGI is sufficient, with no credentials or user interaction required; public evidence establishes no specific post-corruption outcome.
