Unauthenticated memory corruption via CSAuthUrl overflow

Buffer overflow in cstecgi.cgi in TOTOLINK A860R 4.1.2cu.5182_B20201027 allows remote attackers to corrupt process memory. The handler passes the unfiltered CSAuthUrl value to sprintf, which copies it directly into a fixed local buffer without a length check. No credentials or user interaction are required to send the crafted GET request, while public evidence establishes memory corruption but not reliable code execution.
