Browser script execution via unsafe AngularJS interpolation

Cross-site scripting in Node-RED Dashboard before 3.1.9 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a viewer's browser. The uiComponentController passes the ui_text format string to AngularJS $interpolate without blocking constructor-chain expressions, causing crafted expressions to run as script. A victim must view a dashboard containing the persistently injected text node; resulting script can read dashboard-accessible data and browser state.
