Unauthenticated redirect bypass via double URL encoding

Path traversal in Red Hat build of Keycloak before 20.0.2 allows remote attackers to bypass redirect URI validation. RedirectUtils.verifyRedirectUri validates the encoded path, so double-encoded dot segments can pass a wildcard match before later decoding escapes the permitted path. Exposure requires a client with a wildcard Valid Redirect URIs entry; successful requests can reach unintended URLs and sensitive data within the allowed domain.
