Crash via out-of-bounds AAC encoding read

Heap buffer overflow in fdkaac 1.0.3 allows attackers to crash the encoder by processing a crafted audio input file. During AAC encoding, aac_encode_frame passes attacker-controlled audio to aacEncEncode, which reads four bytes beyond an 8,192-byte heap buffer during memcpy. Processing the file requires user interaction, and the demonstrated consequence is an abort of the encoding process; arbitrary code execution is not established.
