Account compromise via unrestricted password guessing

Improper login throttling in Maarch RM 2.8 before 2.8.6 and 2.9 before 2.9.1 allows remote attackers to compromise accounts. The POST /user/login endpoint accepts repeated password guesses and returns a distinct locked-account response when valid credentials are submitted. No authentication is required, but takeover requires a valid username and password; lockout mode exposes a correct password without granting a session.
