Vehicle takeover via BLE Phone Key relay

Authentication bypass in Tesla Model 3 V11.0 and mobile app 4.23 allows physically proximate attackers to unlock and operate the car. The Phone Key reconnects to a static BLE MAC address without verifying the vehicle, while long-lived tokens let a relay forward both attestations. The attack requires BLE access to a legitimate paired Phone Key and the target vehicle; it silently grants entry and driving authorization without owner interaction.
