Root command execution via unfiltered rundump arguments

Command injection in Amanda 3.5.1 allows local users with the amandabackup account to execute commands as root through rundump. The setuid /lib/amanda/rundump wrapper passes attacker-controlled arguments and RSH environment settings to /usr/sbin/dump without filtering them before execve. Access to the local amandabackup user is required; successful exploitation crosses that account boundary to root and can read, alter, or interrupt protected system resources.
