Credential disclosure via indiscriminate cross-host header injection

Information disclosure in GitLab DAST 1.11.0 through 3.0.31 allows remote authenticated users to leak custom request headers to other hosts. The browser analyzer calls Chrome DevTools Network.setExtraHTTPHeaders, which indiscriminately attaches configured headers to every request instead of limiting them to DAST_BROWSER_ALLOWED_HOSTS. A scan must use a custom header and visit a page that requests an attacker-observable external resource; leaked values can include bearer tokens.
