Access-point impersonation via reused PKEX encryption element

Cryptographic key reuse in Siemens SIDIS Secured SmartPlug before V7.26.0310 allows attackers to subvert future PKEX bootstrapping. The hostapd DPP PKEX completion path leaves the PKEX code and identifier active, permitting reuse of encrypting element Qi to recover ephemeral public key X from an observed message. Exploitation requires a prior successful PKEX exchange with the target and passive observation of a later exchange, enabling access-point impersonation and sensitive-information exposure.
