Stored XSS in Upstream Works Agent Desktop 4.x before 4.2.14 and 5.x before 5.3 allows remote authenticated users to run script in an agent's browser. The agent.js download-link function places inadequately sanitized AttachmentId data from a file-upload WebSocket message into the agent's conversation view. Execution occurs when an authenticated support agent opens the affected conversation, enabling actions within that agent's browser context.
