Authenticated code execution via VM template FILES directive

Command injection in OpenNebula core before 6.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a VM template's FILES directive. The template processor executes an uploaded file named by FILES during instantiation, while affected configurations do not constrain regular-user paths to safe directories. Regular users can reach the flaw only when FILES is enabled for them; by default, that privilege is limited to oneadmin members, who can also be induced to instantiate a malicious template.
