Information disclosure via JavaScript array over-read
Published Mar 29, 2023 · Updated Feb 14, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Foxit PDF Editor 11.1.1.53537 allows remote attackers to disclose process memory through malicious content. The JavaScript array handler reads past the end of an allocated object when attacker-controlled script performs crafted array operations. Exploitation requires the target to visit a malicious page or open a malicious file; the read exposes data from the current process and can support a separate code-execution chain.
