Workstation compromise via malformed BCP file parsing

Out-of-bounds read in Phoenix Contact PC Worx, PC Worx Express, and Config+ 1.89 and earlier allows attackers to compromise engineering workstations. The BCP project-file parser insufficiently validates attacker-modified input, causing a read access violation beyond the intended memory range. Attackers must obtain and replace an original .bcp file, then induce a user to open it; resulting access violations can expose memory or interrupt the application.
