Service interruption via oversized deferrer request body

Uncontrolled resource consumption in OX App Suite 7.10.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service via HTTP requests. The deferrer servlet accepts an implausibly large request body containing a redirect URL because the backend does not enforce a sufficient body-size limit before processing it. Authentication is not required, and scaled asymmetric requests consume enough memory to make the service temporarily unresponsive for all users.
