Object prototype pollution via unchecked dependency version keys

Prototype pollution in Steal 2.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter shared object prototypes via requested dependency-version data. The convertLater function in ext/npm-convert.js indexes ordinary nested objects with packageName and requestedVersion without rejecting prototype property names, then stores callback arrays at those keys. Exploitation requires attacker influence over dependency metadata processed by deferred conversion, and the public record does not identify a specific downstream action after object state is contaminated.
