Live video disclosure via hard-coded RTSP credentials

Hard-coded credentials in the RTSP server of TP-Link Tapo C310 1.3.0 allow remote attackers to view the camera's live video feed. When no Camera Account is configured, the cet binary supplies a fixed username and password that the RTSP server accepts for stream access. Network reachability to RTSP and the unchanged default state are sufficient; the documented consequence is unauthorized viewing, not camera control.
