Unauthenticated server crash via recursive RTMP acknowledgements

Denial of service in ZLMediaKit before commit 7d8b212 allows remote attackers to crash the server with a crafted RTMP request. The RtmpProtocol::handle_chunk method accepts an attacker-supplied acknowledgement window smaller than 32 KiB, causing sendAcknowledgement to recurse without termination. No authentication, user interaction, or active media stream is required; network access to the RTMP listener is enough to terminate the server process.
