Memory corruption via wl strncpy stack overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in NETGEAR R7000 firmware 1.0.11.134_10.2.119 allows local users to corrupt memory through the wl binary. The wl binary uses strncpy to copy attacker-controlled input into a stack buffer without adequately limiting the copy to the destination size.
