Administrator-level SQL injection via unescaped visitor ID
Published Nov 21, 2022 · Updated Apr 30, 2025
SQL injection in A WP Life Event Monster before 1.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database data via a crafted visitor ID. The deleteallvisitor action on em-visitors-page places the id parameter into an SQL statement without validation, escaping, or preparation. A high-privilege WordPress account and valid nonce are required, and a crafted condition permits unintended visitor-record deletion.
