Root command execution via unfiltered host_time

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A7000R firmware 9.1.0u.6115_B20201022 allows attackers to execute commands via host_time. NTPSyncWithHost passes the parameter directly to dosystem, whose implementation invokes system, so shell separators become commands. Access to the router's CGI management endpoint is required; the published request needs no authorization and demonstrates command execution as root.
