Unauthenticated file disclosure via path traversal
Published Aug 18, 2022 · Updated Oct 17, 2025
Directory traversal in FLIR AX8 thermal sensor cameras through 1.46.16 allows remote attackers to disclose files via crafted URIs. The web server accepts directory traversal characters in a requested URI and serves files outside its restricted path. No authentication or user interaction is required; the bounded impact is disclosure of file contents without reported integrity or availability effects.
