Unauthenticated command execution via gena.php request handling
Published Aug 28, 2022 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
Command injection in TRENDnet TEW733GR 1.03B01 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via the gena.php endpoint. Public records identify /htdocs/upnpinc/gena.php but do not disclose which request value reaches a command interpreter or how the command is composed. Network access to the router is sufficient; no authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation gives command execution on the device.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
