Process crash via unchecked packet-buffer offset

Heap-based buffer overflow in Tcpreplay 4.4.1 allows attackers to crash tcprewrite by supplying a crafted packet-capture file. get_l2len_protocol accepts a capture length equal to the computed Layer 2 network offset, then reads pktdata[l2_net_off] one byte beyond the heap buffer. Processing the malicious capture is required; the public reproduction establishes a process crash but does not establish code execution.
