Internal data disclosure via unvalidated redirect destination

Server-side request forgery in dotCMS 5.x through 22.06 allows remote authenticated users to read internal resources via a crafted URL. TempFileAPI validates the initial URL against local and private addresses but follows HTTP 302 redirects without validating the redirect destination. A low-privileged account can therefore make the server fetch and return data from otherwise unreachable internal or local hosts.
