Password bypass via patchable UI validation branch

Authentication bypass in Broadcom Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.3 RU5 for Windows allows attackers to bypass configured client passwords. SymCorpUI.exe makes the password decision in an unprotected user-mode branch; reversing that branch accepts an arbitrary password. The protections must be enabled; administrator execution permits malicious policy import and disabled defenses, while lower privileges expose logs and settings.
