Unauthenticated service interruption via incorrect reference-count update

Improper reference counting in Unified Automation OPC UA C++ Demo Server 1.7.6-537 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The OpcUa_SecureListener_ProcessSessionCallRequest method incorrectly updates a reference count when processing a crafted OPC UA message. No authentication or user interaction is required; sending the malformed request over the network can stop the server from providing OPC UA service.
