Authentication bypass via EnterpriseServer authentication race
Published Mar 29, 2023 · Updated Feb 18, 2025
Authentication bypass in Ivanti Avalanche 6.3.2.3490 allows remote attackers to gain authenticated access through the EnterpriseServer service. The EnterpriseServer authentication path performs security-sensitive operations without proper locking, creating a race that accepts requests outside the intended authenticated state. No valid credentials or user interaction are required; successful exploitation grants access otherwise reserved for authenticated sessions.
