Authenticated SYSTEM code execution via unsafe deserialization

Deserialization in SolarWinds Platform 2022.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands as SYSTEM. The PropertyBagJsonConverter accepts user-supplied data without adequate validation and deserializes it into trusted objects. Orion administrator access to the Web Console is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled commands on the main poller under the SYSTEM account.
