Workspace enumeration via unchecked form validation
Published Jul 27, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Missing authorization in Jenkins Project Android Signing Plugin 2.2.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to enumerate workspace contents. The doCheckApksToSign form-validation method evaluates attacker-controlled file patterns against a workspace without first enforcing Item/Workspace permission. Item/Read permission is sufficient, and repeated requests reveal matching paths without Item/Workspace or Item/Configure permission.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
