Credential disclosure via plaintext global configuration storage

Credential exposure in Jenkins HTTP Request Plugin 1.15 and earlier allows local users to read stored HTTP Request passwords. When deprecated Basic or Digest Authentication is configured, the plugin writes passwords unencrypted to jenkins.plugins.http_request.HttpRequest.xml. Exploitation requires access to the Jenkins controller filesystem and exposes configured HTTP credentials without altering controller data.
