Credential disclosure via unguarded connection-test endpoints

Credential disclosure in Jenkins HashiCorp Vault Plugin 354.vdb_858fd6b_f48 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read Vault secrets. Six doTestConnection handlers accept attacker-chosen Vault paths and keys and retrieve the referenced secrets without checking Jenkins authorization. Reachability requires Overall/Read permission and a configured Vault credential; disclosure is limited by the Vault policy attached to that credential.
