Device identifier disclosure via missing permission check

Information disclosure in Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Plugin before 2.2.11.22040751 allows local users to read the device IMEI and serial number. The Water plugin exposes these device identifiers because the affected code fails to enforce a permission check before returning them. A locally running app can obtain persistent device identifiers without the required permission, enabling unauthorized device identification.
