Pending Intent hijacking in Samsung Pay's MTransferNotificationManager allows attackers to access files without permission. The manager uses an implicit Intent for a PendingIntent, allowing another Android app to resolve it and receive file access under Samsung Pay's authority. Exploitation requires user interaction and attacker-controlled app content on the same device; the reported consequence is unauthorized file access, not file modification.
