Game Optimizing Service before 3.3.04.0 on Android 10 or 3.5.04.8 on later Android releases allows local users to run hidden developer functions. A package-validation path trusts an attacker-chosen application package name when authorizing access to developer-only functionality. A local application must present a changed package name; Samsung has not disclosed the hidden function or its precise effects.
