Internal resource disclosure via connector URL fragment
Published Oct 14, 2022 · Updated Oct 29, 2024
SSRF in Atlassian Jira Align before 10.109.2 allows remote authenticated users with Super Admin access to read internal network responses. The ManageJiraConnectors API appends /rest/api/2/ to the txtAPIURL value, but a trailing hash makes that suffix a URL fragment and leaves an attacker-selected destination effective. Exploitation requires Super Admin access and can disclose AWS instance-role credentials through the Jira Change Log.
