Traffic modification via manipulated client proxy configuration
Published Oct 6, 2022 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
IBM Robotic Process Automation 21.0.0 through 21.0.2 allows attackers to alter client traffic through a man-in-the-middle attack. The flaw permits an adjacent party to manipulate the client proxy configuration and interpose on client communications; IBM discloses no lower-level implementation detail. The attacker needs an adjacent-network position, and the published impact is unauthorized data modification without reported disclosure or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
