DXE code execution via GPT integer overflow

Heap buffer overflow in TianoCore EDK II through 202311 allows local users to execute arbitrary code in the DXE phase via a malicious GPT. Tcg2MeasureGptTable multiplies attacker-controlled partition counts and entry sizes without overflow checks, underallocates EventSize, then copies partition entries beyond the heap buffer. Exploitation requires low-privileged local control of disk GPT data during measured boot and can corrupt UEFI code or Boot Services pointers.
